Informed and Honest

Jay was very informed and honest about dealing with a declining market and did not make hopeful promises. He used different marketing tools to get traffic into our house. We did average one showing a week and eventually sold our house. Jay was personable and easy to work with, in particular, willing to listen to our ideas.
